Private Dog Training focuses on ensuring a solid foundation of sit, down, place, heel and recall. Dogs require consistency and repetition to ensure that training lessons are impactful. This 3 weeks Board & Train Program is for puppies in need of basic obedience. The dog will learn the following commands:
Lack of proper socialization with people and dogs can lead to behaviors that elicit poor reactions from humans and other dogs. Barking, excessive jumping, lunging, pulling, reacting to or attacking dogs or humans, biting, chasing, snapping are behaviors that can endanger your pet and community. Issues such as separation anxiety, destruction of property, and territory guarding can unpleasant for the owner and an annoyance for neighbors.
This 4 week behavior modification program is designed to address minimal behavior issues (i.e. jumping, mouthing and counter surfing, etc.) as well as basic obedience:
This training program is NOT for dogs with aggression issues or extreme levels of anxiety or fear.
This 6 week intensive behavior modification program is designed for dogs with intense aggression issues:
This 8 week program is designed for dogs with the most intense aggression issues, anxiety and bite history.
Behavior modification needs are highly dependent on the individual dog and a comprehensive evaluation of its issues.
Our goal is to return to you a dog that, with management, can co-exist safely with humans and other animals.
* ALL TRAINING PROGRAMS ASSUME THE DOG IS HEALTHY AND A VETERINARIAN HAS EVALUATED THE DOG TO ENSURE THERE ARE NO HEALTH ISSUES THAT COULD BE IMPACTING BEHAVIOR.
